Distances of 20-50 km, (except for the 100 km Alan Gordon Ride) at speeds of 15 -18 km/h, at a "leisurely" pace, with frequent stops to regroup. Designed for entry level riders, those returning to cycling after a long absence, and senior riders. Rides take place on a mixture of paved recreational trails and streets.
Remember: Helmet, Membership card Water bottle, Small pump, Patch kit and Spare inner tube
Useful: Cell phone, Snack, Lunch- if required for ride
Arrive: 15 minutes before start of ride

Cancelled Rides: Always check the schedule after 8:00 AM the morning of the ride to see if it has been cancelled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
