Cancellation Policy for Overnight Trips

Since trips are planned around a minimum number of participants, and TBN must book and pay for rooms in advance, there can be no automatic refund for people who cancel.

If TBN cancels the trip, you are entitled to a full refund. If you need to cancel your registration, and there is a person of the same sex on the waiting list, you will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of 10%. Otherwise, it is up to you to sell your spot to someone who can occupy the room.
