Trip Presentation: Patsy's Bike Trips in California and Chicago
This month's trip presentation features presentation of Patsy Cook of several cycling trips in California. The event is free and open to all TBN members and their guests.
Mick and Patsy have been cycling in California for several weeks each year for the past 12 years. They have done trips in and around San Francisco, the Bay Area; along the Pacific coast, and Hwy 1 exploring coastal towns and canyons; in the wine regions of Napa, Sonoma and Russian River. They were members of the Western Wheelers recreational cycling club located in the Bay Area, and will discuss rides they have done with them. They will also talk about their cycling in Chicago.
Come and hear how wonderful California is as a cycling destination.
The event takes place at The Northern District Public Library, which is conveniently located a two-minute walk north of the Eglinton Subway station. You can find free parking on the small streets west and north of the library. Please read parking signs before parking.
Presentation will take up 1 hour including a short Q and A, but participants are welcome to continue discussion afterward at the Duke of Kent Pub, which is across the road from the library.
