Registration

  • This free option is for TBN Members only. Registration for this ride will be open 6 days before the ride. If you need to cancel, Please do so by Wednesday at 12:00 pm so that someone on the wait list my take your spot.
  • If you are not a member of TBN, the fee is $10. (Your registration will automatically cancel if payment not received within 15 minutes). Registration for Guests will open 6 days before the ride.

You MUST register in order to participate in this ride. 

If you need to cancel your registration try to do so by noon the day before the ride.

If registration is full try the waitlist and check back regularly for possible cancellations.

This ride will be open for registration for 6 days beginning on the Wednesday before the event. 

Remember: Have your tires fully inflated, wear your helmet and bring a spare inner tube for YOUR bike.

one-way route, downhill overall that ends at The Old Mill. Some areas are industrial, but the extensive Humber Valley is beautiful.

(Try to arrive at 10:15 AM, to allow for subway delays, bike problems, etc.)

Entrance to Banting Park, opposite intersection of Banting Avenue and Embro Drive.

Banting Park is south of Sheppard Avenue and one block east of Sheppard West subway station. There is a fire station at the corner of Sheppard Ave. and Banting Ave. From Sheppard and Banting ride south on Banting to Embro.

If you go east from the passenger pick-up at Sheppard WEST Station, there is a footpath into the park.
