Hello ice skaters, just checked the tbn events listings for March and there is nothing scheduled for this Friday the 31st so how about 1 more evening of ice skating? Centennial rink where we last skated has public skating from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. on their hockey pad and adults only skating from 9:15 to 10:45 p.m. on their olympic size figure skating rink. To get here by ttc take line 2 to line 3 all the way to Scarborough town centre and then the Highland Creek 38 bus to Dolly Varden. From Yonge and Bloor subway leaving at 6 p.m. takes about 50 minutes according to ttc trip planner. Drivers; 401 to Markham Rd south to Ellesmere and west to Dolly Varden and south into large (free) parking lot. I won't be there till the adult skate and have to leave by 10 and can give a lift to the subway anyone needing a ride. Next Friday hopefully we'll all be on our bikes.
