Base fee:

Non-Member base package (1 person per bedroom) – $350.00
Includes:
- 3 nights accommodation in downtown Ottawa, less than 2 km from the Parliament buildings
- Fabulous cycling in the Gatineau Hills and the Ottawa Valley with maps and Sag wagon support
- Friday night pizza and snacks
- Post-ride light snacks Saturday and Sunday in central location
- Optional Saturday evening planned group activities (additional fees will apply)
- Sunday night gala dinner and dance at the beautiful National Arts Centre on the Rideau Canal

All lockable bedrooms have 1 double bed, and a TV, and share a kitchenette and washroom with another bedroom in the suite. Suites are air conditioned, accommodate bicycles, and have elevator access and a common room nearby.

Accommodations can be booked online for additional nights at the special Cyclon rate.

Unless a preferred suite mate is designated when registering, Cyclon will assign suite mates to all available bedrooms in suites.

Cyclon^® is the three-day premier cycle touring event hosted by the Toronto Bicycling Network, Canada’s largest recreational cycling club. Don’t miss this event! There are only 200 places available.

Cyclon's second trip to Ottawa will be held at the University of Ottawa from July 31 to August 3, 2015.

Each suite has 2 lockable, private bedrooms (1 double bed and a TV in each bedroom), a shared washroom and a shared kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, a microwave, and a small dining area

Additional nights are available at the same rate for those who want to extend their weekend
Linens and towels provided
Bikes are allowed in the suite

Parking (This is the only realistic parking option for those with a car. There is no free or street parking nearby. Choose the 4 night option to cover you from check-in Friday until whenever you want to leave on Monday.)
