I'm thinking of signing up for this event but there's no real info or details on the site wrt the wkend. No ride or hike routes; no meals details, are there any meals included in this price or is the $245 just for the room; are there single rooms: and finally I'm assuming we drive there so will there be carpooling arranged or do we do that ourselves?
Also, will there be a waiting list so if something comes up and someone has to pull out they won't be out $$$ ?
