Ride with GPS navigation does now work without subscription

    This worked last year, but stopped working this season. I am able to send the map to my mobile device, but the moment I choose "navigate" the app requires subscription. Not being able to navigate means that whoever is left behind, stays behind - and lost!

    gpx file can be downloaded and imported into komoot app. It remains to be seen how this works.

    There are a number of variables in order to answer your question, mainly:

    1. Who "owns" the route?
    2. Are you logged in properly?
    3. Are you registered as part of the "club" account

    I can confirm that directions continue being available on club "owned" routes when a registered used is logged in properly.

    Then it works. Send me a private message to try to identify what is the problem in your setup. We are all using turn by turn directions without a problem.
