Scenic Caves Nordic Centre is home to a spectacular winter playground. Our location provides the perfect elevation for reliable snow conditions and consistent temperatures, all season long. Glide along our 27km trail network by cross country ski, or hike by snowshoe on 12km of trails. Our trails are professionally groomed and track set daily and include access to Southern Ontario's longest Suspension Footbridge!
GETTING THERE: Take ON-400 N to Dunlop St W in Barrie. Take exit 96B from ON-400 N 42 min (77.3 km). Turn right onto Ferndale Dr W, continue onto Wilson Dr (6.7 km). Turn right to stay on Wilson (2.2 km). Turn left onto ON-26 (25.9 km). Turn right onto Simcoe County Rd 7 (2.0 km). Turn left onto Nottawasaga 27/28 Sideroad (2.7 km). Turn right onto ON-26 W (3.4 km). At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto ON-26 (5.7 km). At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Poplar Sideroad (4.6 km). At the roundabout, continue straight to stay on Poplar Sideroad (1.3 km). Turn right onto Concession 10 N (1.9 km). Turn left onto Sixth St (2.8 km). Turn right onto Grey County Rd 19 (1.8 km). Pickup Locations- Departure Times. - 8:00 am : Centennial Ice Galaxy 1967 Ellesmere Rd. Free Parking - 8:25 am : York Mills subway station Yonge St. - Paid Parking - 8:45 am : Hwy 400 & King Rd. Carpool Lot, NE Corner -Free Parking Please note that the bus will leave promptly.
Resort Departure - Bus will depart Highlands at 3:30 and drop off at the above locations

TRAIL TICKETS: (Adults - $31; 65+ - $26.50)
RENTALS: Classic X C Skis - $29.50: Skate Skis - $44, Snowshoes - $22. Rental equipment is available on a first come first serve basis. Waivers are required to be completed on site at time of rental.
