High Quality Vaude Bicycle Bag - Attaches to Seat Post. I paid $135 including HST for it. It has never been used, but has hung out at home for a few years & it still looks like brand new. It does not need a rack to attach to as it attaches to the seat post with a supplied attachment. It has 2 outside pockets and 2 interior ones one of which can hold the included bag rain cover.
