Get Ready for the TNTO!  Learn to Draft: Intro to Group/Pack Riding Techniques

Riding in a group reduces a rider's workload by 30%.  This clinic is intended to help intermediate cyclists improve their time and performance on distance rides by working together as a group...such as on the TNTO coming up a few weeks later.

This class is limited to 10 participants max.  

Target:  Low Intermediate (Tourist and strong Easy Roller riders only)

Daniel Yang from The Beaches Cycling Club will lead this session 
which will cover:
- How to Draft
- Safe Group Start/Stops
- Gearing/Shifting...What's the Right Time?
- Cadence (What is right?)
- Bike Handling...Tips and Tricks
- Hills
- Rotation

SKILLS SESSION:  Saturday May 31,2014  -  8 a.m. start 
                               Ted Reeve Arena Parking Lot
                                (Main/Gerrard NE Corner)  

Session will be 1 hour training followed by a group ride (details to follow)

REGISTRATION TO OPEN IN SPRING

NOTE:  This session is for LOW INTERMEDIATE riders ONLY. Please do not register for this session if you are not at least a strong Easy Roller rider - distance and speed.
