WattsUp StudioCycling is Toronto's first individualized power-based cycling program within a group environment. WattsUp StudioCycling is a science-backed, performance-based training program focused on improving your performance.

Riders use their own bike at WattsUp StudioCycling.  www.WattsUpCycling.ca

Every WattsUp StudioCycling class is performed on CompuTrainers. The WattsUp StudioCycling program is developed and refined by certified cycling and triathlon coaches. WattsUp StudioCycling classes are lead by experienced coaches and athletes who place your performance first.
