Let's ring in the New Year together with a casual evening of cycling friends, good company and a little bike-themed fun!

Join us from 6:00 pm onwards for a relaxed and fun gathering! Cycling attire (especially your favourite TBN gear!) or ugly holiday sweaters are encouraged, but not required.

A few details:

Snacks and water will be provided, perhaps some appetizers but not a real "entree" type dinner.
Bring your own beverages and anything else you'd like to drink.
A grill will be available if you'd like to cook something, or feel free to bring your own food or order delivery onsite.
Party room with kitchen area, fridge and microwave. Also sheltered outdoor area with seating and a grill.
Have a favourite song? Send us your requests for the evening's playlist! A turntable will also be on hand if you want to bring your vinyl!

Registration:

Early Bird: $23 per person until December 7.
$28 per person until Dec 14
Guests are welcome, but everyone must be registered.
No cancellations/refunds after Dec 14 as everything will be paid for by then and we can not risk any club or personal funds. (if registered, you may sell your registration to another member if you can't attend)
If you'd like to help set up and clean up, a limited number of volunteers can register for $12.00.

Registration closes on December 14.

The registration fee will cover room rental and cleaning, insurance and snacks. This is a cost-recovery social gathering, with no TBN club funds intended to be used.

Location:

Condo party room at 60 Berwick Avenue, steps from Yonge and Eglinton and Eglinton TTC station. When you arrive, tell the concierge you are attending the event for Toronto Bicycling Network hosted by Kathy Cunningham (McPherson).

****Parking in the area is very limited on residential streets. Taking public transit or Uber/Taxi to the event is strongly encouraged. (also the TTC is usually Free on NYE for your ride home anytime after 7:00pm)

No formal agenda, other than to get together, celebrate the year that's been and welcome the next one with fellow TBN members and friends.

Volunteers requested

As with all TBN events, we are looking for volunteers to help with set up and clean up. To sign up, choose the Volunteer option. You will need to show up at 5:30 pm. There is a limited number of volunteer registrations for $12.00.
