AGM attendance only
You are welcome to come for the AGM and drinks from 7:30 to 8:30 pm. There may only be standing room available, and you will need to leave at 8:30 pm. Please choose the "None (AGM Only - no Meal)" entree choice when registering.
Only AGM and Dance 7:30 - 11:00 – $10.00
You are welcome to come just for the AGM and the dance. There is a charge of $10 for this, which includes the entertainment and drinks at the bar but not dinner. Please do not enter the hall before 7:30.

Attend the TBN Social Event of the Year!

Come celebrate another wonderful TBN year with cycling friends, old and new, at our Annual General Meeting, Dinner and Dance. Entertainment will be provided by the Junctioneers, the band that played at the last three Spring Flings and the 2025 AGM. This three-piece partially-acoustic band will get people dancing but not be too loud to inhibit conversation. Be there at 5:30 for drinks and to mingle with other members and their guests. This is also an excellent opportunity to recognize the efforts of those on the TBN Board as well as all of our volunteers who have assisted in making this such a successful year.

Schedule:

5:30 pm Reception with cash bar
6:30 pm Buffet Dinner
7:30 pm Annual General Meeting
8:30 pm Live band and dancing

Menu

Starters

Soup of the day (Vegan/Gluten Free)
Assorted dinner rolls
Mixed green salad with dried fruit and toasted pumpkin seeds (V/GF)

Main Course

Ragout of Roast Chicken Breast with mushrooms, peas and spinach with smoked mushroom gravy and rice (Halal)

and/or

Vegan Curry with fried tofu, chickpeas and edamame simmered in a fragrant curry coconut gravy. Served with steamed jasmine rice (V/GF)

Dessert

Warm Apple Crumble with whipped cream and caramel sauce

Cost: Members (and their guests) $40 each

You may also register a guest as part of your registration. If you are a member, please login for the member rate.

You may register only for the AGM (no cost), but it may be standing room only, and you will need to be there only between 7:30 and 8:30.

Directions: The venue is Tecumseh Auditorium inside The TMU Student Centre at 55 Gould Street.

The venue is a five-minute walk from Dundas Station, with the most straightforward route being walking north on Yonge Street and turning right on Gould St.

There are three parking lots within a five-minute walk of the venue, with the closest being 288 Church Street (2 minutes). For more parking info including rates, click here.
