The routes below are considered suitable for Urban Roller and Tourist level riders. Exception: The Tay Shore Trail is suitable for Leisure Wheeler level riders. Click here and scroll down to see what these levels mean.

Start location: Rotary Place, West Orillia Sports Complex

Thursday - Day 3

Meet around 8:30 for a 9:00 AM departure from Rotary Place. 

Day3 routes 

  • A ride through Orillia and along Lake Simcoe on trails and roads
  • Remote-start tour on the paved Tay Shore Trail.
  • Countryside north of Orillia.


Meet at Rotary Place around 8:30 AM to get organized. Rides from Rotary Place leave at 9:00 AM. Drivers heading for the Tay Shore Trail ride also leave from Rotary Place at 9:00 AM and head out to Waubaushene.

  • Those going on the Tay Shore Trail - have your bikes loaded in your cars, ready to drive to the remote start in Waubaushene. Load the start location into your car GPS. Gather at the Waubaushene start location (Bridgeview Parkand leave in a group. It's about a 30 minute drive.
