A scenic jaunt through the rolling farmland around Mount Albert, with a lunch stop on the shores of Lake Simcoe. We recommend you bring a snack, as the lakeside restaurant may not be open. Washroom facilities exist at the lake. The convenience store at Highway 48, just before turning towards Lake Simcoe, has a wide selection of drinks, and "snacks".
Caution: on the long route, cross Ravenshoe Road with extreme caution at distance 19.5 km
