Meet at about 10:00 AM at the Finch Station Passenger Pick-up and Drop-off (Kiss & Ride). We will walk in a loop of about 8.5 Km, mostly through some quiet areas of North York, and will return to Finch Station. The walk will be on city streets and paved pathways through parks, so please wear footwear appropriate for the weather. The walk will begin at 10:10.
Points of interest and early exits along the way include:
- 0.0 Km – Finch Station (start of walk)
- 0.1 Km – GO Station (washroom)
- 1.0 Km - Cummer Burying Ground
- 2.0 Km - 21 Kingsdale Ave
- 2.3 Km - Lee Lifeson Art Park
- 4.2 Km - Earl Haig Secondary School
- 4.9 Km - Aroma Coffee (coffee, washroom, early exit to subway)
- 6.9 Km - Edithvale Community Centre (washroom)
- 8.0 to 8.6 Km - Yonge St (potential lunch stops, numerous restaurants)
- 8.5 Km – Finch Station (end of walk)

There will be no subway service on Line 1 between St George and St Andrew stations, but please check https://www.ttc.ca/service-advisories/subway-service#e=0 in case there are any changes.
Please check the website 2 hours before the start time, in the unlikely event that the walk is rescheduled or cancelled. If the walk is cancelled due to weather or other reasons, notice of the cancellation will be posted on the website around 8AM on the day of the walk.
We have introduced a 30-Day-Trial membership class which allows "guests" to participate in most activities over the span of a 1-month period. We are accepting Guest registrations.
If you have not registered for the walk, you may NOT join the walk.
