The weather is forecast to be very cold, so let’s meet in the Eaton Centre Food Court, North End (near Dundas Street), Lower Level, near TMU (Dundas) Station, at about 10:00 AM. We will be close to the washrooms that are at the bottom of the escalator. The walk will begin at 10:10 AM.
We will walk in a loop to the locations mentioned in Murray McLauchlan’s song, “Down by the Henry Moore”, then walk to Salad King for lunch, ending up back at TMU (Dundas) Station. The walk will be about 9 Km. The weather is forecast to be cold and windy, but since we are downtown, there should be easy access to TTC bus, streetcar and subway service (but see subway outage notification below).
The route will be entirely on city streets or paved paths, so please wear shoes or boots appropriate for the weather.
