Today's ride is a variation of other cycling routes in the Lake Simcoe area, which was added to the CC schedule in 2023 at the recommendation of some WW's - and courtesy of the WWs - who thought it would be nice to revisit the shores of Lake Simcoe on a Sunday, versus midweek, in Sept. The routes take us from Keswick along the picturesque shores of Lake Simcoe past Sibbald Point Provincial Park to Virginia Beach Marina. The medium and long routes turn inland, while the short route returns back along the shores of Lake Simcoe. Lunch for all three routes will be at Tim Horton's on Dalton Rd in Sutton. A pleasant alternative is Elaine’s Black River Coffee on High St.
Start: 9:30am Meet at the Georgina Ice Palace, 90 Wexford Drive, just off Woodbine Ave in Keswick
