This ride starting at The Edge of the City consists of easy warmup/cool down flats on newly paved Brittania Road for about 13.5 Kms each way, followed by some rolling hills to reach Flamborough at the top of the escarpment. The route has two small uphills at Appleby line and then at Cedar Springs Road. The coffee break is at Dutch Mill Country Market. They have an extensive menu in their Tea Room.
"On the return from Dutch Mill, the route takes you through Waterdown to reach descents that provide an excellent view of Mississauga’s city scape from the escarpment country. It’s one of my hidden gem of a route, and I love to go there Spring, Summer and Fall." Quote from Raj, the ride leader.
