Despite the scary name, this will be a ride in the park, actually a ride featuring the Escarpment Rail Trail in Hamilton. Just be sure to stick with the ride leader, since this route has many a twist and a turn! There is a coffee break at Mohawk College and lunch at the Rose Garden Restaurant.

Start location: West Harbour GO Station. Meet on Bay Street at the top of the elevator.
N.B. The train from Toronto arrives at 10:17.
