ORANGEVILLE HEADWATERS TOUR

This is a Tourist Level ride.

PLEASE NOTE:  All riders, including "30-Day-Trial"/guest riders, must register to participate in this CC.  Please read registration details on the CC webpage

This Country Cruise follows a genteel route up the escarpment from Caledon to the bustling town of Orangeville: a very cute and vibrant place, where there is a great lunch stop option at Greystones Cafe.  The short tour stops at Erin for lunch / the essentials of life: coffee, ice cream and baked goods.  The long tour includes a few challenging uphills in the extra distance.  Both medium and long routes have downhills to enjoy on the return journey back to Caledon.

Apres Ride gathering spot is Butter and Cup Cafe right next door to the end of the ride. What a fortunate coiincidence!

Start: 9:00am - Southfields Community Centre, Caledon, ON.  225 Dougall Ave, Caledon, ON L7C 3M7 (corner Dougall Ave and Kennedy Road)

Driving directions: Take Highway 410 north through Brampton and exit at Mayfield Road i.e. turn left onto Mayfield Rd..  Next, turn right at the light onto Kennedy Road. Continue on Kennedy to Dougall Ave. and turn right, followed by another quick right to access the back parking lot of the Southfields Community Centre in Caledon (225 Dougall Ave.).

Distances:  58km, 78km and 90km
