(Note extra travel time to the start may be required) Yeung will be going on a Jane's Walk today. If you would like to join him, meet at the bus stop on the north sidewalk at Holbrooke Ave. across the street from Reina Condos on The Queensway before 10:00 AM. The walk is scheduled to begin at 10:00.
To get there, take the 76 or 15 bus south from Royal York Station (about a 10 minute bus ride), or walk about 40 minutes Royal York Station. Alternatively, take the 80 Queensway bus from Humber Loop station on the 501 street car or walk from Humber Loop station for 28 minutes.
Yeung will be doing The Queensway: Avenue of Innovation and Transformation walk, hosted by City of Toronto Urban Planner staff. See https://www.janeswalkfestivalto.com/saturday-may-3-2025/the-queensway-innovation-and-transformation for more information.
Participants may decide to go to other walks after the first walk ends. Usually these walks are slower and shorter than typical City Walks. The weather forecast is currently calling for rain, so an umbrella or rain gear may be advisable.
There are no scheduled subway outages, but please check https://www.ttc.ca/service-advisories/subway-service#e=0 in case there are any changes.
We have introduced a 30-Day-Trial membership class which allows "guests" to participate in most activities over the span of a 1-month period, for a fee of $10.
If you have not registered for the walk, you may NOT join the walk.
If you have registered but can't attend, log in, click on "Already registered", then cancel.
