Sunday Urban Roller - Tour of Mississauga

Please note: You must register to participate on the ride. Registration is free for TBN members. Non-members can now purchase a 30 day trial membership for $10 here and then can register for the ride. If you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation by Saturday. Attendance will be checked at the start. If you register after 8 am on the day of the ride bring a copy of the confirmation email, either printed or electronic, to show to the ride leader.

We are still under Covid-19 guidelines, so remember to bring and wear your mask in appropriate situations and maintain social distancing. Also, a helmet.

For this ride we will be heading up to Mississauga to see some of the scenic (and less scenic) bits. Then we ride down to the Lakeshore Trail before heading back up to the start. There was a slight change to the route last year due to the demolition of the pedestrian bridge over the QEW. We'll stick with the revised route for this year too.

Lunch is at Tim Hortons a bit past the halfway point. There are other food options in the same plaza. You may still wish to bring your own lunch and snacks to avoid lineups and contact.

Meet for a 10 am departure from the parking lot of Etienne Brule Park, located just down the hill from the Old Mill subway on Old Mill Road. Parking is a bit limited, so if you are driving to the start you might want to use the parking lot of Kings Mill Park, just over the bridge on the other side.

If the ride is cancelled due to weather or other reasons, notice of the cancellation will be posted on the website around 8 am Sunday. Please check the website before leaving.
