Duffins Trail/Greenwood Conservation
The Greenwood Trail is a a moderately trafficked loop trail near Pickering. The trail follows Duffin's Creek and has lots of elevation changes which can be quite challenging in winter even with icers. The terrain is quite pretty and it will be a trail that you remember.

Pace: Moderate (~3.5 km/hr)
Terrain: Moderate - rocky with hills and/or poor footing. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WINTER HIKING IS DIFFERENT THAN FALL HIKING AND YOU NEED TO PREPARE ACCORDINGLY. Proper footwear including Crampon style icers are strongly recommended.
