Meet at about 10:00 AM in the Great Hall of Union Station (the train station, not the subway station). We usually are near the benches around the north-west corner of the hall but may be somewhere else nearby if there is construction work, etc. Just look for a group of people standing around. We will begin the walk at 10:10 sharp.

From Union Station we will walk west along the Waterfront trail, then head north towards Garrison Common, and see the new bridge that was built over the tracks a couple of years ago. From there, we will head east on quiet streets and we will stop for lunch at the Salad King at McCaul and Queen. The total distance is approximately 8.2 Km. Osgoode station is very close to the restaurant at University and Queen.

There are washrooms at Union Station, Coronation Park, and Alexandra Park (skating rink) where we can make a detour and walk up Ryerson Ave. to the park.

No scheduled subway outages have been posted yet, but please check https://www.ttc.ca/service-advisories/subway-service#e=0 in case there are any changes.

Points of interest and early exits along the way include:
