Cancellations – if you register and later decide you cannot ride – please, please cancel as soon as possible so the ride leader has an accurate list of participants.

Note to Program Coordinators... Include text similar to the following into each of your events as links to help potential riders know whether the ride is appropriate to their skill level. Each of the following have links back to the "Programs->Cycling->Choose Your Level page, to the section named. Alternatively, change the text and link to you Program-specific page where you detail that the skill level expectations are for your ride participants.

<Additional notes for Program Coordinators
- Remember to update the Available Period "From" (and if set, "Through") dates.
- Ensure that the Available Period "From" for the 30-Day-Trial ticket is the later of
a) "Event-date - 30 days"
and b) "Avail Period From for the "Free for TBN Members" ticket". As a courtesy, consider adding availability date info to the "Ticket Type Description text"
- The Reminder #2 text can be used to send to all registered participants should the event be cancelled - this avoids using Wild Apricot's somewhat confusing Email screens.>
