This route starting from equally north / south location uses quite a bit of cycling infrastructure of painted bike lanes on the north south streets and Martin Goodman trail across Waterfront.
We are starting to see the sun setting earlier and clearly August will be just 2 hours of daylight left
Be advised this is an Urban Roller class ride. It isn't a slow, or beginner ride. You should be able to cruise at about 20 km/h for 15 minutes at a stretch, and be comfortable riding grouped with other riders on city streets.
We will start promptly at 6 30 sharp.
