Be advised this is an Urban Roller class ride. It isn't a slow, or beginner ride. You should be able to cruise at about 20 km/h for 15 minutes at a stretch, and be comfortable riding grouped with other riders on city streets.

We have been riding around Toronto and the Don Valley for over many seasons, and the streets are very quiet with low traffic and we generally cross arterials at traffic lights. We will ride quiet streets, some park paths & bike only connections through North York and area for this summer ride.

Always bring a helmet & a spare inner tube. Also, depending upon the time of the year, it may be dark for part of this ride, or while you are riding home, so have working front & rear lights. It also may be quite chilly, so bring some warm clothes.
Check the website 2 hours before the ride for last minute info. More on FNR and upcoming rides.
