150 km Training Ride for the Hairshirt Lite Metric Double Century

This 150 km ride two weeks before the main event on Aug 27 is the recommended training distance for Hairshirt Lite.

Start location: Winona Community Centre.

Facilities: There is Tim Hortons for bathroom across the street from the community centre.
