Another wonderful new-ish Country Cruise route, modelled from a Wednesday Wheelie but rotated 1800. Travelling northeast from Dundas the route winds along scenic tree-lined roads - including up Snake Rd - into Waterdown and then on to Kilbride for an optional brief break (long route), continuing to Campbellville. Lunch is in the park in Campbellville. The amazing bonus of this beautiful route is it is downhill all the way back to Dundas, with the option of taking "Clara's [Clara Hughes] Climb" (Sydenham Rd.) for the final descent into Dundas!
Start: Municipal Parking Lot - Dundas (Parking Lot 4D located at intersection of Creekside Dr and Hatt St, Dundas, ON)
Driving directions: Take Hwy 401 Express west to Hwy 427 South, Continue on to Queen Elizabeth Way and Hwy 403 West. Take Exit 69A from Hwy 403 West to Main St. West/ Hwy 8 in Hamilton and continue to Hatt St. in Dundas. (York St. turns slightly right to become Hatt St.) Destination / parking lot is on the right.
Distances: 71km & 91km
