If rainy weather makes it necessary to cancel the ride, Mary has offered to lead the ride the next day, on Victoria Day, Monday May 23. If this happens, you will need to re-register.

Ride Leaders needed! Our rides are quickly.becoming filled. When there is a volunteer to lead a second group we can increase the registrations allowed. In the city rides it is difficult to lead a group of more than twenty people which is why registration is limited. If you volunteer to lead a ride we can often arrange for you to do a pre-ride with the leader in order to check out the route. Most rides are being filled quickly. Ride leaders, sweeps and ambassadors, if available, are registered before the ride. Any volunteers?? Speak to Sandra.
Great News! Because there were so many on the waitlist, Carole has volunteered to lead a second group. Not only is she an ambassador for this ride, she will also be a second leader.

Distance: 16 - 20 KM
Starting Point: The Distillery...in front of Balzacs
Plan to arrive at the start (The Distillery) no later than 9:45 AM so that we can leave promptly at 10:00 AM
Follow streets and trails to the ferry and then steam over to the Island. Ferry fare extra. Distance depends on how much we ride around the Islands. Bring lunch for an island picnic.
