Please note: You must register to participate on the ride. Under the Phase 3 Provincial guidelines we are permitted up to 100 participants, as unlikely as that seems. The current limit is capped at 30. Registration is allowed until 8 am Sunday. If you have registered and cannot attend please cancel before then.
We are accepting "guest rider" registrations for this event. Guest registrations are $10 payable via PayPal.
We are still under Covid-19 guidelines, so remember to bring and wear your mask in appropriate situations and maintain social distancing. Also, hand sanitizer.
For a new version of this old favourite TBN Urban Roller ride we ride to Oakville using the usual route along the Waterfront Trail, and then return along a new section of trail that opened just last year.
Lunch is at Tim Hortons in Oakville. You may still wish to bring your own lunch and snacks to avoid lineups and contact.
Meet for a 10 am departure from the SOUTH commuter parking lot of the Kipling TTC station. If you are driving to the start, the lot is accessed from Kipling Avenue, south of Bloor and south of the bridge over the tracks.
TTC Note: If you are planning on travelling to the start point by subway please note that the last section of subway between Islington station and Kipling is closed this weekend. You will need to exit at Islington and take Bloor St west then south on Kipling to get to the start point.
If the ride is cancelled due to weather or for other reasons, notice of the cancellation will be posted on the website around 8 am Sunday.
