CANCELLED due to a forecast of rain and drizzle through the morning. This brings the scheduled Saturday Morning Rides to an end for the year. Thank you all for coming out. There may be one or two more rides in November but it will depend on the weather and ride leader availability. These wouldn't be posted until each mid-week or later so check back to see if they are happening.
Starting from the parking lot at Victoria Park subway station, the route goes through residential streets and trails north and east via the Gatineau hydro trail, and looping down to the Guild Inn for a break (bring a snack if needed). The return uses the lakeshore trail. It will be a total of about 36kms including a few hills, finishing about 12:30 to 1:00pm. More suitable for riders who have been riding regularly - Urban Rollers' normal pace is about 19 to 23kph on the flat.
All riders must maintain proper social distancing in accordance with COVID regulations at all times.
REGISTRATION: Riders must register for this ride to comply with the limits for maximum group size and contact tracing. Registration (to a limit of 35 riders) is now open.
