ANCASTER ASCENSION

A little bit of Ludlum vibe! This Country Cruise offers the options of rail trail riding and some hill climbing all in the lovely countryside northwest of Hamilton. All routes go on the unpaved Hamilton Bradford Rail Trail before lunch in Ancaster. The long route passes through St. George and Ancaster. The short route does not go into Ancaster, lunch in Dundas. All routes do Clara's climb out of Dundas.
Start: 9:00am - Meet at the Waterdown Shopping Centre in Waterdown on the northwest corner of HWY 5 (also called Dundas St. E.) and Hamilton St. N. Tim Horton's - Dundas St. E. in Waterdown
Driving directions: To get to the shopping mall from Toronto, go west on Hwy. 401 to Hwy. 403. Continue on Hwy. 403 until Highway 6 (exit # 74). Go north on Highway 6 to Highway 5 and turn east on Dundas St. E. Continue until Hamilton St. N. At the shopping mall, park near Tim Hortons.
