This ride is another longshot weatherwise. Two routes are possible (with links below), one at 74 km and one at 60 km, both ending up at the same lunch stop. If you register and then decide not to come, please cancel your reservation no less than 3 hours before the start time so that the trip leader can judge the degree of interest. The ride will be cancelled between 2-3 hours before the start time if there are fewer than 4 participants, or if the weather forecast is unfavourable.
There are two options for lunch on Enterprise Avenue just past Unionville: Copper Branch on the north side of Enterprise Avenue for hot pizza or other dishes, or Aroma cafe across the street for lighter fare and hot drinks, both with outdoor seating. A washroom stop should be possible at the gas station at the SE corner of Elgin Mills and Leslie (km 17.5), and was possible at Aroma cafe under a Stage 2 lockdown in October.
Meet north of Finch Subway Station at "Finch" west parking lot on the north side of Hendon Ave, just west of Yonge St.
N.B. If you are travelling north on Yonge St, keep going past Finch Ave and turn left onto Hendon Ave. The parking lot is on the right near 18 Hendon Ave, North York.
If you have not registered for the ride, you may NOT join the ride.
