Meet at 10 AM at Broadview Station, at street level near the ticket booth.
Tony will lead us on a walk to Woodbine Beach and then back up to Danforth and Main. Distance will be about 10.5 Km, with an optional extension to Victoria Park Station (12 Km). Because the Tim Hortons on Danforth/Logan is permanently closed, the washroom/coffee break will be at McDonald's (5 Km) on Eastern/Woodward. An additional washroom break will be made near the Kew Beach Lawn Bowling Club (7 Km). At Danforth and Main we will stop for lunch at Smiley's Restaurant. There will be early drop out points to streetcars at Gerrard, Queen and Kingston, both before and after Woodbine Beach at about 3.5 Km, 5 Km, 8 Km, and 9 Km
The walk will be entirely on city streets, so street shoes or boots suitable for the weather conditions would be appropriate.

There is now a scheduled subway closure for this weekend, which may affect your travel plans. There will be no subway service on Line 1 between York Mills and St Clair stations on Saturday, November 23 and Sunday, November 24, 2019 for track work. Non-members are welcome. They will be asked to sign the waiver form and will be charged the $5 non-member fee, either on-line in advance (Register here) or via paper form at the walk start.
