Start Point Change: the parking lot at Etienne Brule may still be under several feet of ice due to an ice jam from a few weeks back. The start point is therefore moved to the parking lot of Kings Mill Park, just back (west) over the bridge and on the south side of the road.
Transit Note: If you are planning to take the subway to the start of the ride from the east end, please note that Line 2 (Bloor-Danforth) will be closed from Broadview to St George until noon. Shuttle buses will be running in its place.
New this Year: Guest riders (non-members) will need to register and pay the $5 fee online before the ride. Just follow this link to the registration page. Please bring the confirmation email to the start to show to the leader, either in printed form or on your phone.
Wander the lovely neighbourhood back streets of Etobicoke to a snack stop near Sherway Gardens, and then return along quieter streets.
Meet in the parking lot of Etienne Brule Park for a 10:00 am departure. Etienne Brule Park is located at the junction of Old Mill Road and Old Mill Drive, around the corner and down the hill from the Old Mill subway station.
Remember to bring your TBN membership card and helmet.
