This is a "Hands On" workshop for members who have never changed a tire. It will provide the necessary skills required on how to deal with a flat tire when riding on your own.
Participants will be coached to change the inner tube in both their front and rear tires, then safely re-install after repair. You will also learn about “tire maintenance” to minimize the number of flats.
NOTE: Please bring your bike, set of tire levers, two inner tubes, hand or floor pump and dress appropriately.
Due to limited registration of 15 participants, there will be a $5.00 registration fee. This is event is exclusive to members only. No refunds will be given for this event.
Some snacks will be provided. Bring your own water bottle.
