Meet at 10 AM at Rosedale Subway station, at street level, near the ticket booth, for an 11 Km walk that will end near Christie Subway Station.
The planned route will include a coffee stop near the middle, and one or two bathroom breaks. Along the way we will stop to look at a few points of interest and at the end we can go to a Korean restaurant for a snack or lunch.
There is no separate short route, but as we will be downtown, we should never be more than about 500 m from a subway station or streetcar route, for those wishing to leave early.
This walk will be mostly on city streets, although there may be short stretches in parks that may not be paved, and based on the expected weather conditions are likely to be wet or muddy, so light hiking shoes or boots would be appropriate.
This is an official TBN event. Non-members are welcome to join us. They will not be charged the non-member fee, but will be asked to sign the waiver form.
