Price of $230 for members and $460 for two sharing a room. Non members $245 per person double occupancy.

Enjoy the fall colours on the Thanksgiving long weekend in lovely Prince Edward County. We will be based at the Picton Harbour Inn, surrounded by the natural beauty of “the County” and all it has to offer: wineries, boutiques, art studios, great restaurants and the famous Sandbanks Provincial Park. There are a variety of quiet country routes to cycle.

Note: You must be registered to participate in this trip. It is not designed for day riders.

Located at the waters edge with a marine view
Recently renovated rooms with microwaves and fridges
Rooms on the first floor and bicycles stored in rooms for security
On-site restaurant with its own chef, focused on serving foods from within a 10 mile radius
Hot breakfast in the restaurant at additional cost, or bring your own.

*** The demand for this renovated hotel is extremely high, so we encourage you to register early. Your early registration will enable us to to secure the hotel rooms for our group and if more is needed the earlier the better, 16 people max.

Price includes:

3 nights lodging at the Picton Harbour Inn
Maps for carefully planned routes of Tourist/Advanced Urban Roller standard.
Route options are 60km or 80km, on moderately flat terrain. The shorter routes will have a leader, with regrouping as/when needed.

Accommodations are primarily double occupancy rooms with two double beds. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Meals:

hot breakfast is extra in the hotel restaurant or bring your own since the rooms have a microwave and fridge
optional group dinner at a local restaurant on Friday
optional group Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday at the Waring house(pre-register)

Car-pool:

To seek or offer a ride to the event please use the handy TBN car-pool forum. We will not arrange carpooling, but we will try to help in the process.

Price

$215 per person for TBN members (double occupancy) early bird price from Aug 2 to Aug 25 ( $123 less than last year)
$230 per person for later registrations (double occupancy) from Aug 25 to Sept 1.
$430 per person for TBN members (single occupancy)
$445 per person for TBN non-members (single occupancy)

Cancellation policy:

If a group of 10 people is not achieved before Sept 1, 2017, the trip will be cancelled and all costs reimbursed.
If you need to cancel your registration, you may receive a refund (minus an administrative fee of 10%) if there is an individual of the same gender who can occupy the room. This person (member or non-member) could be on a waiting list. Otherwise, it is up to you to sell your spot.
You might wish to purchase insurance for medical/emergency canceliation.

This trip is limited to a maximum of 20 people (including 2 trip leader) so register early to reserve a spot. When you register you will receive a confirmation email. An email containing extra trip information will be sent closer to the event date.
