  • Join TBN and Fred Yagi to Learn the ‘Basics’ Hydration and Nutrition for Day Trip Cycling:

    Spend an evening with Fred, Yagi a TBN member and certified consultant, coach and medical researcher who understands the importance of hydration/nutrition.

    The objective of this seminar is to provide enough information to address one’s hydration and nutritional needs for any given day ride. The ‘Basics’ will give you the information you need to determine your own specific requirements.

    Topics include; why and when intake of water, electrolyte and protein is required, and explains what to do if you experience dehydration or over-hydration. Fred will also review various energy products and labelling practises. If time permits, topics such as science versus the art of enhancing performance of elite athletes will be discussed.
