Riding in a group reduces a rider's workload by 30%. This clinic is intended to help intermediate cyclists improve their time and performance on distance rides by working together as a group...such as at TNTO in June.
Daniel Yang from The Beaches Cycling Club will lead this session which will cover:
- How to Draft
- Safe Group Start/Stops
- Gearing/Shifting...What's the Right Time?
- Cadence (What is right?)
- Bike Handling...Tips and Tricks
- Hills
- Rotation
Session will be 1 hour training followed by a group ride
This class is limited to 12 participants. This event is open exclusively to TBN members only.
Target Riders: Low Intermediate (Tourist and strong Urban Roller riders only)
Please do not register for this session if you are not at least a strong Urban Roller rider - distance and speed.
