Come to workshops to learn how to improve your cycling skills and become a safer more confident rider.

By participating in an in-classroom and on-the-road instruction you will have an opportunity to:
• Learn how to prepare yourself so that you and your equipment is safe
• Improve your riding skills to help you become a more confident rider
• Develop a better understanding of the dynamics of the road

Dates: Monday May 9 and 16th from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. (participants must attend both sessions)

Location: Holy Spirit Catholic School, 3530 Shepherd Avenue East, Toronto, ON, M1T 3K7

Who can attend: all rider levels

This program is exclusively for TBN members until Thursday May 5th. Non-members will be able to register after May 5th.

This is a free event.

Maximum: 20 participants

What you need to bring: A bike in good working order and a helmet.
