Dear Friends,
As November approaches, our focus turns to the Annual General Meeting. It’s a great chance to look back on the season, celebrate what we’ve achieved, and share ideas for the year ahead.
Thank you to everyone who has ridden, volunteered, and supported the club this year. We hope you’ll join us at the AGM and be part of shaping what comes next. - Paul Min, president

TBN AGM Dinner and Dance, Nov. 14
All members in good standing have already received an email with links to these documents, in accordance with our non-profit’s guidelines. *Note: you will only be able to see the contents of the documents page if you are a member in good standing and are logged in to your account at tbn.ca.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the AGM. To help make the meeting productive and ensure we use everyone’s time effectively, the Board has also collaborated on answers to frequently asked questions, which have been made available in advance.
We encourage members to review the these documents before the meeting and focus in person questions on matters that affect the club as a whole and have not already been addressed in the published FAQ's. This will help ensure that the AGM remains constructive and that everyone has an opportunity to participate meaningfully.
The Board has collaborated to develop consistent answers to the most common questions, so members can expect the same responses at the AGM as those already provided in the FAQs.

What's one ride that you've done with TBN that you would happily do again?
We asked: Where do you go first when looking for info on the TBN website?
You answered! The most people immediately click the "next 20 events" button without reading anything else on the website. After that, the next most popular go to "calendar" in a menu or use the "calendar" icon. Very interesting...

Join us for online indoor cycling this fall/winter season!

TBN Zwift meetups (online group cycling on bike trainers at home) with Martin Lansche have started for the off season! There will be Zwift rides on the TBN calendar M-W-F at 10 am. During fall, indoor rides might be cancelled if clement weather outside!
If you are just looking for company while you are doing your own workouts (a different Zwift workout, or a different platform), you can always join us on the Discord channel for some encouraging chat. Info on online Zwift meetups here. (Note: for Zwift, you do not register on the TBN website.)

After moving to Canada from Israel in 2015, Yaniv was looking for an active sports club and discovered TBN about three and a half years ago. “I instantly fell in love with the friendly cycling vibe paired with Canadian culture.”
Yaniv has a background in healthcare and life sciences, and worked as a supply teacher. For him, cycling has become a great way to find balance and explore Ontario’s beautiful countryside. Before joining TBN, Yaniv had never ridden long distances. He’s since embraced endurance riding, gravel adventures, and multi-day bikepacking trips, including G2G (Goderich to Guelph) and TNTO (Toronto to Niagara Overnight).
“Thanks to the amazing support and encouragement from fellow TBNers, I overcame my hesitation and started taking on long rides and bikepacking trips.” He especially thanks Italo Bravo, Greg Andre-Barrett, Paul Min, Terry Walsh, and Abdullah for their guidance and camaraderie!
For Yaniv, TBN is about more than cycling. It’s about friendship, discovering new possibilities, and finding the confidence to go further than you ever thought you could.
