If you are just looking for company while you are doing your own workouts (on a different Zwift workout, or a different exercise platform), you can always join us on the Discord channel for some encouraging chat. Info on online Zwitf meetups here.

TBN fun and community doesn't stop when the cycling season ends. We look forward to seeing you outside all year!

Member Profiles: What's your cycling story?

Lee Ann Meadows

A new TBN member in 2026, Lee Ann is looking forward to getting back on her bike and exploring more of the club’s variety of rides. Although an injury has temporarily kept her off the saddle, she made her first TBN appearance in June, supporting the Niagara wine tour by welcoming riders with snacks and water.

Her journey from couch surfer to triathlete began in 2015, when she bought her first hybrid bike since university and discovered a love for the challenge of endurance sports. Before long, she had graduated to Olympic-distance triathlons and invested in her beloved road bike. She has completed the Ride 2 Conquer Cancer eight times, as well as Bike for Brain Health. A member of the Toronto Triathlon Club, she’s now setting her sights on a 95 km bike leg at next year’s Barrelman aquabike event in Niagara and hopes to attend many TBN rides next season.

As an Executive Assistant downtown, she enjoys cycling to work - although she’s less enthusiastic about the uphill ride home! After COVID interrupted some of her fitness goals, she’s ready to get back in shape, ride more often, and make the most of everything TBN has to offer.

If you or someone you know would like to be featured in a future TBN Member Profile, please email info@tbn.ca or submit a member profile here.
