There has been some confusion regarding the TBN 2026 Jersey ordering process. This page should solve any issues.

Note: All orders will be shipped to Kind Human Bike Shop. Communications will notify purchasers of the plan for distribution, (hopefully at Spring Fling or Kickoff) There is no shipping charge to you so ignore that if you see it on the Verge site.

Steps to place your order: Follow these instructions closely!

1. You only need to do this step once. Create your profile on the Verge site. Click the "profile" (person) icon in top right corner. Then click "Create Account".

2. You only need to do this step once. Enter your first name, last name, email address, password, and confirmation password. If you check the Remember me box, you may avoid needing to login when you come back to the store.

3. You only need to do this step once. You will be sent a verification email. Click the link in the email to activate the account. You will be taken to the Verge store.

4. When you go to the Verge site, if you are not logged in, click the profile (person) icon, and enter your account's userid and password.

5. Once logged in, you will need to go to the TBN Team store. Click TEAM STORE LOGIN.

6. The TBN team store password is tbn. Do not enter your coupon code here!

7. Go into the TBN Team Store and add each item and size you wish to order to your cart. Note: the pricing for the jersey will show $105 at this screen. It will go down to the discounted price later, when you enter your code on the payment screen.

8. Once you have finished adding your items, go to your Cart. Hover over the Cart icon in the upper right corner, and choose GO TO CART.

9. Verify your cart before proceeding. Click the NEXT button.

10. Enter your coupon code to get your discount on your jersey. Anyone can enter code 2026TBNMEM. (if you are a volunteer with TBN or are registered for Bike for Brain Health and you did not receive another code by email, contact info@tbn.ca to see if you are eligible for a further discount). After entering your code, click the orange "Enter" button. After entering the code, you will see the price of the short sleeve jersey reduced. For example:

11. When ready to check out and pay, scroll up and click the Orange NEXT button to get to the payment screen.

12. Enter your name, address, email, and phone number. This information is for credit card validation, and must be entered before the next step. The shipping address will be the Kind Human store - not the address entered here.

13. Scroll down to the bottom right and click the yellow "Pay with PayPal" button (after this screen you will have a choice to pay by Paypal OR Credit Card.)

14. When you see this screen, you can use your PayPal account, or you can click "Pay with a credit or Visa Debit card". At this point you are fully within the PayPal payment system. Note You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay. But you will have to enter an email address so that PayPal can send you a validation code.

15. You should then be able to enter your information and process your payment. Depending on your choices within the PayPal site, you maybe presented with a Billing address to fill in. It is likely to be pre-filled with the Kind Human billing address for Gavin Brauer. You should change this.

15.1 To avoid possible PayPal processing failures, enter your name, address, etc.

15.2 Do not uncheck the Shipping same as business address. Note that even though you are telling PayPal a Shipping address, the jerseys will be shipped to Kind Human, and TBN will arrange for delivery.

15.3 Do not change the Save info & create your PayPal account.

16. Press Continue to review order or Continue as Guest (if not logging into PayPal). You will be returned to the Verge store. You will see a Payment success confirmation for your order

17. Check your email. You will have received an email receipt from PayPal, confirming your order, and a second email from Verge Sport confirming your order, including an Invoice.
