TBN's superb spinning sessions at the Adelaide Club resume Nov. 22 at 6:35 p.m. The new eight-week series, led by racer and certified spinning instructor, Carmen Diges, are $90 plus HST for the eight-week series; $50 plus HST for four. The Adelaide Club is in First Canadian Place on Adelaide St between York and Bay St. Take the entrance at 77 Adelaide St West, next to the Duke of Westminster pub. Take the escalators to the lower level, make a right U-turn at the bottom, go past the Adelaide Health Clinic, then turn left to an elevator that descends to the Adelaide Club. The first time you arrive for a class allow some extra time to find it.
