Weekly spinning classes for TBNers at the Adelaide Club continue for a new eight-week session from March 2 to April 20, 2016 with our fantastic coach, master spinning instructor and competitive cyclist Carmen Diges.

Come out and join us at 6:35 p.m. Wednesday at the Adelaide Club. These sessions are for TBN members only; the eight weeks cost $90 plus HST; the fee includes access to shower facilities, whirlpool, sauna and steam room. Please register with Patsy at 416-367-9957 X4286 or patsy@adelaideclub.com.
